SCCM Application Deployment vs Program Deployment

I'm having some issues with an application deployment to my test environment.
Deploying as an application, the installation fails with error "0x87D00324". My friend Google says that this error may be caused by some bad detection methods after installation. But the application is not installing at all.
On the client, I can see that the powershell.exe process is starting, and then stopping after about 2-3 seconds.

However, deploying my application as a program, it works like a charm. Except that I cannot use deployment types with a dependency whether or not a user is logged on (which is exactly what I want). I want to deploy the application as noninteractive if the user is logged off, and as interactive if the user is logged on.

Any ideas here? I'm quite stuck.

Nevermind, found out! I forgot that the installation behavior needed to be set as Install for system, and I had set to "Allow users to view and interact with the program installer".
