SCCM 2012 Packages deploy noninteractive

Hey guys,
Having a bit of a strange issue here. I've currently got a few different packages setup with the PSADT, version 3.1.4, and testing with 3.1.5, and when the Deploy-Application.exe is run locally, it'll run interactively and bring up the welcome screen, but occasionally, when the package is deployed, most of the time, the packages will run noninteractive, even with the proper switches in place.

As an example, I've created a program that is set to run the following command:
Deploy-Application.exe -DeploymentType "Install" -DeployMode "Interactive"

When deployed to some test workstations, most of the time, they end up deploying noninteractive. I've been able to get the program to deploy interactively a handful of times, usually by forcing through the Software Center a retry of the installation.

In terms of the SCCM 2012 package's program, the environment variables have been set to run only when a user is logged on, to run with administrative rights, and to allow users to interact with the program. I've also set it so program notifications are not suppressed.

Here's a log of a recent deployment. I've selected what I believe to be the important portion of the log.

[15-08-2014 13:26:06] [Initialization] Deployment type is [Installation]
[15-08-2014 13:26:06] [Initialization] Script [C:\Windows\ccmcache\4\AppDeployToolkit\AppDeployToolkitMain.ps1] dot-source invoked by [C:\Windows\ccmcache\4\Deploy-Application.ps1]
[15-08-2014 13:26:07] [Initialization] The following users are logged on to the system: AD\username
[15-08-2014 13:26:07] [Initialization] Running in SCCM Task Sequence.
[15-08-2014 13:26:07] [Initialization] Session 0 detected.
[15-08-2014 13:26:07] [Initialization] Session 0 detected but a task sequence is running, setting deployment mode to [NonInteractive].
[15-08-2014 13:26:07] [Initialization] Installation is running in [NonInteractive] mode.

I've also tried having it deploy using the ServiceUI.exe method, but the results are the same.
Suggestions?

Seems there is a task sequence running at the time of deployment, the toolkit detects this if TSManager.exe is running and it automatically changes the deployment mode to Non-Interactive. Is this application set to deploy through a task sequence?

Ahh, that makes perfect sense. Looks like I'll have to schedule these deployments at a time when tsmanager isn't running. Thanks for the response.
